To Avoid Dehydration

When we have a healthy body, we can do anything we want to do. For the example, if you got dehydration that usually come to you when it is summer, you can avoid it by drink a lot. But nowadays, dehydration is not just for summer anymore. When it is cold weather can actually increase your risk of becoming dehydrated because you might do not have a signal such as heat and sweat to remind you to drink water a lot. The Christmas holiday will up the risk even more, because sometimes when it is cold you might drinks such as alcohol and coffee in order to make you warm (or anything with significant amount of caffeine) are diuretics, or any substances that make you urinate more.

The most usual early warnings of dehydration are headaches and nausea. If you want to avoid dehydration in cold weather, water is the best cure, you have to space your wine with some of the clear stuff, and do not forget that some soda pops have as much caffeine as a half cup of coffee, so you have to avoid it too. The other most common reason of dehydration is diarrhea which is lost significant amount of water with each bowel movement. Vomitting can also be the reason of fluid loss and sometimes it is difficult for someone to replace water by drinking it if they unable to tolerate liquids. If possible to avoid dehydration you should have activities that should not be scheduled in the heat of the day and of course you should drink a lot when you have activities in the heat of the day.
