When you have your summer weather, there are might some problem with your body health. To avoid it you have to have some tips on your own to keep your body health. The first, you have to stay cool and hydrated, drink water a lot to avoid dehydration, at least two to four cups upon rising and similar amounts if you are going out for activities. You can carry water with you in hard plastic container or you may use a travelling water filter. Seconds, you have to protect your overexposure to sunlight by wearing a hat and using natural sunscreen without excessive chemical. You also can carry Aloe Vera gel for overexposure and have an aloe plant growing in your home for nay kind of burn. Third, you can keep up or begin an exercise program that will keep you strong and healthy; an aerobic activity might be the perfect one for you.

The forth, you can consume foods that are cool and lights such as, fresh fruit, vegetables juices, raw vital salads, and of course lots of water that will nourish you body for summertime activities. Fifth, you can take some special summer time with your family that might refresh your mind in heat. You can plan a fun trip if you are able and motivated for a day longer. Sixth, after you have been working hard you should have the season to slow the pace a bit and absorb the light that stimulates your hormonal message center, leave your phone or cell phone at home and got to somewhere that might refresh your mind.
